Welcome! UW benefits from exchange agreements with universities in Iceland and around the world. If your university does not have an exchange agreement with the University of Akureyri, then apply as a Free Mover. If you are not a student, then explore your options for continuing education.
All master's courses are open to participants from other universities and the world of work. The courses are a part of our two international multidisciplinary masters' programs, Coastal and Marine Management and Coastal Communities and Regional Development.
Courses are taught in modules and all teaching takes place in English, as the student group is international, and teachers come from all over the world.
