Jón Bjarni Atlason

Jón Bjarni Atlason received his BA from the University of Iceland in 1995 in Icelandic and German Language and Literature. He continued his studies both at the University of Greifswald and the Univeristy of Kiel where he recieved his masters degree in 1999. Since 2003, he has been an instructor in Icelandic Language and Literature at the University of Vienna. Mr. Atlason works as a translator, as well as a tourist guide in Iceland during the summers. Originally from Reykjavik, he is returning to Iceland after many years in Germany and Austria.
