Flight reservations are at each participant´s own expense and resonsibility. Please note that you will need a transfer (flybus) from the Keflavík intl airport to Reykjavík city where the domestic airport is located. As participants typically will have to spend one night in Reykjavík on their way to and from the Westfjords, the first evening in Reykjavík is an integral part of the programme.

Domestic flights: Please book your flight Reykjavík-Ísafjörður on www.airiceland.is on Monday morning, 03.09.2012, dep. 08:00, arr. 08:40. Please observe that you do not need to book a flight back to Reykjavík if you participate in the excursion, as this will cover the travel back to Reykjavík. Participants not joining the excursion/bus trip would alternatively book their flight back to Reykjavík through www.airiceland.is on Wednesday, 05.09.2012. In case you intend to take a rental car: Reykjavík-Ísafjörður is a 40 min flight or 460 km driving.
